"I'm a full-blooded Cajun from Louisiana. I have traveled all over the world, but Louisiana is still my home. However, the gypsy in my soul is always listening for the faraway call of other places.

At 57 years of age, my life has been a colorful tapestry of adventures, people, and cultures. My curiousity keeps me on the lookout for the energy that might trigger the next idea, the next manifestation, the next mystical happening.

In my travels, I've never met a stranger. I often say that I would tell my life history to the person sitting next to me at the bus stop. The world is a banquet of energies, colors, adventures, music, and fascinations.

As an artist, there is so much backlogged in my brain that I could not possibly put it all on canvas or wood. My passion is found in nature, other cultures, and the mystical side of life. I try to express color, movement, and the uncommon in various forms.

I have practiced interior decorating and Feng Shui. I use the odd and unexpected in my colorful garden. I've tried my hand at pottery, jewelry making, and have written two novels. I use the dynamics of color and culture when I recycle used furniture to reflect the styles of Jamaica, Mexico, and Africa."
